250 ml heavy cream
200 g flour
100 g sugar
200 g d’arbo Marasque Sour Cherry Fruit Spread
Pinch of salt
Butter (unsalted) for the skillet
Separate the eggs. Sift the flour and combine with the cream. Then add the egg yolks and salt. Whisk the egg whites until stiff, then add the sugar and fold into the mixture.
Melt a little butter in a skillet. Place tablespoons of the mixture into the skillet and cook on both sides.
Spread d’arbo Marasque Sour Cherry Fruit Spread on one pancake and top with a second one. Sprinkle with sugar if desired and serve warm.
