TIPTREE LITTLE SCARLET STRAWBERRY PRESERVES 12OZ

Tiptree Little Scarlet Strawberry Preserve is unique to Tiptree. Little Scarlet strawberries are a particular and unique variety which have been grown at the Tiptree Farm since 1887. It is believed that the fruit originated in North America growing wild. Tiptree is the only commercial grower of this fruit in the world. There are about 70 tiny berries packed into each jar of Little Scarlet and they have an intensely sweet flavor. This is the favorite preserve of James Bond, 007.

Tiptree Preserves are made with the freshest fruit and contain no artificial ingredients. Tiptree keeps as much of the whole fruit as possible in its products, maintaining its natural goodness with the same painstaking recipes used since Victorian times.

TIPTREE RED CURRANT JELLY 12OZ

Tiptree Red Currant Jelly has traditionally been one of the bestsellers for Tiptree. The primary reason is because it has become written about by celebrity food writers such as Robert Carrier who swears it is an essential ingredient for certain sauces (notably duck a l'orange).  The reason it is considered essential by food writers is because of its intense red currant flavor (which derives from the specific red currant varietal which Tiptree uses and holds as a closely guarded secret).

Tiptree Jellies differ from Tiptree Preserves in that they are prepared with the juice of cooked, high-quality produce, such as red currants, rather than with whole fruit. As with all its products, Tiptree makes its jellies carefully in small batches. In addition to being delicious spreads, Tiptree jellies make excellent condiments and are indispensable ingredients for certain sauces and glazes.
